Most account issues can be solved by resetting your password, checking your login email, verifying your account, clearing browser cache, or confirming that you are using the same email that owns your LemonX license.

The LemonX Account Dashboard helps you manage your LemonX products and account information from one place.

Main dashboard areas:

Licenses

View active licenses, product access, connected websites, activation limits and renewal status.

Downloads

Download LemonX plugins, themes, updates, beta releases or version archives depending on your plan.

Billing

Manage subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, renewals, taxes and billing information.

Sites

View websites connected to your LemonX licenses and remove old or unused domains.

Usage

Check AI usage, translation usage, indexing requests, cloud gateway usage or other plan-based limits where available.

API Keys

Manage API keys, cloud access, integration tokens or provider-related credentials where supported.

Profile

Update your name, company, email preferences and account details.

Security

Manage password, account verification, active sessions and security-related settings.

How to log in to your LemonX account

Follow these steps to access your account dashboard.

Step 1 · Go to the login page

Open: /login

Step 2 · Enter your account email

Use the email address you used when purchasing, registering or activating LemonX.

Step 3 · Enter your password

Enter your LemonX account password.

Step 4 · Complete any verification step

If additional verification is required, follow the instructions shown on the screen.

Step 5 · Open your dashboard

After logging in, you can access your licenses, downloads, billing details, connected sites and support tickets.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your LemonX account password, you can reset it from the login page.

Password reset steps

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your account email.
  4. Check your inbox for the password reset email.
  5. Click the reset link.
  6. Create a new password.
  7. Return to the login page and sign in again.

If you do not receive the reset email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Search your inbox for “LemonX” or “Harlemon”.
  • Check whether your email provider blocks automated messages.
  • Contact support if the email still does not arrive.

Password reset link expired

For security reasons, password reset links may expire. If your link no longer works, request a new password reset email.

Common login issues

Issue: Incorrect email or password
What it means

The login details entered do not match an existing LemonX account.

How to fix it
  • Check for typos.
  • Make sure Caps Lock is not enabled.
  • Try your purchase email.
  • Try your team or business email.
  • Reset your password.
  • Check whether you registered with a different email.
Issue: Account not found
What it means

No LemonX account was found using the email address entered.

How to fix it
  • Confirm the email used during checkout.
  • Check your purchase confirmation email.
  • Ask your team owner which email was invited.
  • Try any alternate email you may have used.
  • Contact support if you believe the account should exist.
Issue: Login page keeps refreshing
What it means

Your browser, cache, cookie settings or security software may be preventing the login session from being saved.

How to fix it
  • Clear browser cache and cookies.
  • Try an incognito or private browser window.
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily.
  • Try another browser.
  • Make sure cookies are enabled.
  • Check whether your VPN or firewall blocks login sessions.
Issue: Dashboard is blank
What it means

Your account dashboard did not load correctly.

How to fix it
  • Refresh the page.
  • Clear browser cache.
  • Try another browser.
  • Disable browser extensions.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Log out and log in again.
  • Contact support if the dashboard remains blank.
Issue: Too many login attempts
What it means

There were too many failed login attempts in a short period of time.

How to fix it
  • Wait before trying again.
  • Reset your password.
  • Avoid repeated attempts with the wrong password.
  • Contact support if you are locked out for too long.

Email address and account ownership

Your LemonX account email is important because it is used for login, license ownership, billing notifications, download access and support verification.

Changing your email address

After changing your email, you may need to verify the new address.

  • You no longer have access to your old email.
  • Your license is connected to the wrong email.
  • You purchased with one email but registered with another.
  • Your company needs to transfer account ownership.
  • A team member who owned the account has left the company.
  • Your billing email and login email need to be separated.
Important note: For security reasons, account ownership changes may require verification.

Why are my licenses or downloads missing?

If you log in and do not see your LemonX products, your account may not be connected to the correct purchase, license or email address.

Common reasons

  • You logged in with a different email.
  • Your purchase used another email address.
  • Your license belongs to a team owner account.
  • Your subscription has expired.
  • Your payment did not complete.
  • Your product is under a different LemonX account.
  • Your agency owner manages the license.
  • Your account has not refreshed yet after purchase.

How to fix it

  • Check your purchase confirmation email.
  • Log out and try another email address.
  • Ask your team owner or agency admin.
  • Open the License Dashboard and refresh your account data.
  • Check Billing to confirm payment status.
  • Submit a ticket with your order email and purchase details.

Your profile settings help LemonX identify your account, personalize support, and keep your billing, license and communication details accurate.

Team members and agency access

Some LemonX plans may support team or agency workflows. This allows multiple people to access account-related resources without sharing one password.

Owner

The main account holder. Usually controls licenses, billing, subscriptions, team members and account ownership.

Admin

Can help manage products, sites, downloads, support and selected account settings.

Developer

May access downloads, documentation, API keys, connected sites or technical settings.

Billing Contact

May access invoices, payment methods, subscription details and billing-related information.

Support Contact

May submit support tickets and communicate with LemonX support on behalf of the account.

Depending on your LemonX products and plan, your account may include access to API keys, cloud gateway settings, provider connections or integration credentials.

Is my LemonX account the same as my WordPress admin account?

No. Your LemonX account manages LemonX products, licenses, downloads, billing and support. Your WordPress admin account manages your own website.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the Forgot Password option on the login page and follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.

I did not receive the password reset email. What should I do?

Check spam, confirm your email address, wait a few minutes, and try again. If the email still does not arrive, contact support.

Why can I log in but cannot see my license?

You may be using a different email from the one used during purchase, or your license may belong to another account or team owner.

Can I change my account email?

If available, you can update it from your profile settings. If you cannot access the old email or need ownership transfer, contact support.

Can multiple team members use one LemonX account?

For security, team members should not share one password. Use team or agency access features where available.

How do I transfer account ownership?

Contact support and provide verification details. Ownership transfers may require proof of purchase, company verification or account owner confirmation.

Why is my account dashboard blank?

This may be caused by browser cache, cookies, extensions, network restrictions or a temporary loading issue. Try another browser and clear cache.

Can I delete my LemonX account?

Account deletion may affect licenses, downloads, billing history and support access. Contact support if you need account deletion or data-related assistance.

My account shows the wrong company name. Can I update it?

In most cases, you can update profile or billing information from the account dashboard. If the field is locked, contact support.

Can I use a different email for billing?

Some accounts may support separate login and billing emails. Check your billing settings or contact support.

What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?

Change your password immediately, review connected sites and team members, and contact support with details.
